Water & Sewer

Public Notice - Reporting Requirement Not Met. Click HERE for notice.

The City of Schofield is committed to providing residents with safe, high-quality drinking water. Our water is tested at a state certified lab at regular intervals. Please view our 2025 Consumer Confidence Report for more details on the results of water testing, and feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns about your water.

The City of Schofield sewer utility is not responsible for sewer backups. You should contact your insurance carrier to have a sewer backup endorsement added to your policy.

Water bills can be higher than normal for a variety of reasons. Oftentimes, a residence has a small leak that can add up to big water loss. Click here for some helpful information on checking for household water loss.

Per PSC guidance, the City of Schofield does have a policy in place to provide relief to residential and commercial customers who have experienced unintentional water loss. The policy details, as well as the application for a one-time leak credit are available by clicking here. If you have questions about the policy or application, please contact Laura Alves.
