Moving Out - Request Final Bill

Final meter readings for move-outs can be requested by calling us at 715-359-5230 or by filling out the online form below. Some information about final bills:

Final Bills cannot be paid by Autopay. If you are set-up on Autopay, you will receive a final bill in the mail, which will need to be paid by check, cash, or online with a debit/credit card.
Final bills will include the fees for actual gallons used, billed at our normal water/sewer rates. It will also include a prorated base fee based on the date the meter is read.
There is a $35 final read fee that will appear on the bill. This is charged for any meter readings & billings outside of the normal quarterly billing cycle.

Final Bill Fees
